Come join us for an inclusive and welcoming yoga session for the LGBTQ+ community in Kilkenny. We want to provide a space for people to come together, enjoy a fun activity, meet your peers and socialise over coffee and cake!

Cathy will lead the session on the day. She completed her yoga teacher training at Yoga Point in India as well undertaking a yoga therapy course. As there are very few activities for the LGBTQ+ community in Kilkenny she wants to provide a space for people to come together!
