Join a red tent women’s gathering to explore your inner seasons. We will tune into our cyclicality, practice meditation and have the opportunity to connect in a sharing circle and more!
You are invited to a welcoming space to rest, reflect and recharge just as you are. A powerful experience to gently tap into the fluctuating energies throughout your month.
Recognise the goodness in every phase of your menstrual (or moon) cycle in the embrace of other women’s unique presence.

You are a woman curious to learn about cyclicality (also if you don’t currently have a menstrual cycle)
You want to start your year with mindfulness and self-care.
You want to connect with other women.
You want to improve your way of being in your life.

Start 10th January for 4 weeks on Wednesdays 7:30 – 9 PM
CONTRIBUTION :
€ 120 per person for the 4 weeks (You can contact me to pay via bank transfer)
