Meet Lynn, a lovable ‘libravian’ minding her own business until the Ben the Book Tour guide gets laryngitis and suddenly she is doing the one thing she said she’d never do again!
In The Libravian, audiences are invited on a journey through literature led by Lynn who chats with audiences and lip syncs to original audiobook soundscapes that immerse the audiences in the world of each book, all written by Irish authors around the theme of bravery. This unique performance, with playful costume and intricate sound design, reinvigorates civic spaces and delights young audiences, families and schools with a celebration of literature, physical theatre and diverse stories. This 40-minute show explores themes of courage and identity, celebrating brilliant books and diverse stories through big-hearted physical comedy.
