Sarah Fox (Sorcha Nic an tSionnaigh) is an Irish holistic wellness practitioner. She combines her expertise in Herbal Medicine, Yoga, and movement therapies to offer comprehensive health solutions. As the founder of Oak & Willow Irish Yoga School, she blends India’s wisdom with Ireland’s cultural and spiritual heritage. Ordained as a ‘Priestess of the Sacred Land’ by the Coire Sois School of Irish Spirituality, Sarah guides individuals to reconnect with the sacred essence of Ireland. Her practice incorporates herbs, mindfulness, movement, and esoteric practices, along with storytelling as part of her Pagan Priestess vocation, fostering personal transformation and healing.
