Known for her simple yet delicious recipes, Rachel will introduce each course and share her passion for quality ingredients.As you arrive, enjoy a bespoke Statham’s cocktail crafted to prepare your palate for the evening ahead. After dinner, finish with a digestif cocktail featuring the flavours of festival sponsor Coole Swan, which is the perfect close to your dining experience.In collaboration with ‘MADE in Kilkenny‘, members of this craft and artisan collective will showcase their exquisite tableware and dining accessories to highlight the best of Irish makers.
