After deciding to quit her office job Sinéad Moclair trained at the renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School before moving to the Fumbally Café in Dublin, running the Fumbally Home Cooking Courses. She was the chef behind the much-loved pop-up restaurant Báidín in the Clifden Boat Club which proved to be one of the most talked about food destinations of the summer in 2021 and opened Nóinín in Kilkenny City in late 2022 with her sister Maeve, building a reputation for delicious, fresh, inventive food.
