Saturday 15th February 2025
Location: Tea Houses, 1 Bateman Quay Kilkenny
The Tea Houses are excited to launch our second Sharing Session led by artist Mark Buckeridge. Sharing Sessions are a new series of informal, artist-led workshops aimed at creating space for artists to gather, connect, and explore practice in a supportive and shared setting. Each session is guided by an artist, introducing an important approach, skill and research in their own creative process. As a group we will explore different ways of working and use this opportunity to talk about our own work collectively
This session will focus on sharing sound and listening techniques used to stay present in the process of artistic practice.
We encourage practitioners from all disciplines and research interests to attend. These sessions are a response to the lack of opportunity for artists to share work and to collectively connect with one another.
