20th March marks the true beginning of Spring !
Enjoy a mindful celebration to honour spring equinox by the river barrow.
We will relax into meditation, revitalise in the sauna, rejoice in an evening to rejuvenate with nourishment and connection.
Balancing a day and night of equal length – this is a time for renewal and rebirth. Our potential is held in the inner darkness – full of inspiration to start blossoming in the year ahead.
