Tour the beautiful Rothe House garden and learn the secrets and uses of fragrant Medieval Herbs, while sipping on a garden herb Renaissance-style wine punch to create contemporary chutneys and sauces.  Learn about the Merchant trade routes that brought these spiced recipes to Kilkenny and the historical significance and secret codes of their depiction in Gothic Art.
