Ranch Festival 2024: Two Fun-Filled Days spread over the May bank holiday weekend in Tullaroan, Kilkenny.
The newest addition to Ireland’s festival scene, only a 15-minute drive from Kilkenny city. The “Ranch” is a nickname given to the home place of festival owner Michael Delaney, in Tullaroan.
Wanting to capture the friendly atmosphere of a small countryside village in Ireland and carry its ethos across a 2-day event on the sports grounds in the middle of the village, surrounded by green hills and beautiful farmland, is how the idea for Ranch Fest was born.
Ranch Fest promises a laid-back vibe complete with food, drinks, local music, free parking, and two major headliners over the weekend. An ideal set-up and location to enjoy the festivities without worrying about a thing. Speaking of headliners, we are thrilled to announce that the legendary Jenny Greene will be performing on Sunday night to wrap up the weekend.
Jenny is one of Ireland’s most successful DJs and presents the biggest dance show on Irish radio every Saturday night on RTE 2fm. Her Electric Disco Tour is the most in-demand club booking in the country. It is a true honor to have her on board at Ranch Fest 2024. Local support comes from Djs Emma J. White, Cleveland Mike and Swiss, who will be spinning tunes from 4 p.m. as the gates open to carry you into the evening before Jenny takes the main stage. More acts and headliners TBC!

Jenny started DJing very early in life, getting her first set of decks at the age of 12. She learned how to mix on vinyl as a teen, hanging around Dance pirate radio station Pulse FM after school. Her first big break came at the age of 15 as the warm up DJ in The Palace Nightclub in Dublin on Saturday nights.
Then at 17 Jenny was given her own weekly dance column in The Sunday World newspaper. That same year she became the youngest DJ on radio landing the Weekend Breakfast Show on Dublin station FM104.
In 2003 Jenny earned herself a place in The Guinness Book Of Records when she broke The World Record for The Longest DJ Set playing continuously for 75 hours.
Jenny made the move to the national broadcaster in 2007 where she presents Friday and Saturday nights 7-10PM on RTÉ 2FM. Friday nights is where Jenny introduces the hottest new tracks and remixes and Saturday is ‘The Electric Disco’ – the most popular dance show in the country. The Electric Disco is a request-fuelled trip down memory lane for three hours of the biggest dance anthems in history.
In 2009 Jenny released the hugely successful ‘The Electric Disco’ compilation album through EMI records, an unmixed double CD of Jenny’s Electric Disco favorites from her personal record collection.
