Kilkenny Arts Festival presents Niamh Regan
In 2020 Niamh Regan’s debut album Hemet introduced an artist with a gift for crafting folk-tinged songs with a quiet, reflective intensity.
The release earned her nominations for both the RTÉ Folk Awards and the Choice Music Prize ‘Album of the Year’ and catapulted her from open mics to headline tours around Ireland, the UK and beyond. Her new album, Come As You Are, is a bold step forwards, combining acutely observed introspection with a richer, fuller sound inspired by Wilco, and onstage her expressive vocals spark these gorgeous songs into life.
