Welcome to the 5th annual ‘Marble City Mile’ open water swim event, 16th September 2023.

Event Schedule:

– Registration opens at 11am.

– 250m event starts at 12pm.

– 1600m event starts at 12:30pm.

– 800m event starts at 1:30pm.

All times are subject to change, so please check times the day before the event.

Prize categories (each for 250m, 800m & 1600m) :

Male

– Male Swim Ireland wetsuit (40+)

– Male Swim Ireland wetsuit (18-40)

– Male Swim Ireland skins (40+)

– Male Swim Ireland skins (18-40)

– Male Triathlon Ireland wetsuit (18+)

Female

– Female Swim Ireland wetsuit (40+)

– Female Swim Ireland wetsuit (18-40)

– Female Swim Ireland skins (40+)

– Female Swim Ireland skins (18-40)

– Female Triathlon wetsuit (18+)

All entrants must be 18 years or older

Prize giving/Raffle will be held after all events have finished.

Open to all competent swimmers with open water experience.

Swimmers must have a valid Swim Ireland/Triathlon Ireland/Water safety membership number, which must be supplied when booking tickets.

There is ample parking available nearby at Dunnes Stores carpark, Kilkenny Library and the Ormonde multi-story carpark.
