You must have hold a Level 2 skill award , this skills day is coached by Patrick McCormack , you will be introduced to Level 3 strokes /skills and then work on different techniques etc. for moving water skills. all aiming to advance your skills up towards a Level 3 award. Its a full day meeting at 9:00 am in Clashganny finishing about 3.30pm (venue might change closer to time depending on water levels)
(people with own gear) meet in clash for 9:00 am
anyone using club gear will meet at 8:30 at club house to load gear from there.
you Must be wearing 5ml wetsuit + layers if you need them and a cag is a definite. Neoprene socks and wetsuit/runners. (or drysuit) Bring drinks and snacks and a lunch +warm drink.
