Starting Soon!! I’m excited to offer three morning and daytime Women-Only Pilates classes at Kilkenny Sports Therapy that may fit perfectly into your schedule. These sessions are a great way to break up your day, strengthen your core, and boost your energy levels.

Early Morning Pilates on Fridays at 7:00 AM

Start your day with a burst of energy! Ease into your day with this gentle morning Pilates class, designed to enhance mobility and gently warm up your body. It’s the perfect way to wake up your muscles, get your joints moving, and set a calm, positive tone for the day ahead.
Class time: Friday @ 7:00 AM starting on the 6th of September

Daytime Women-Only Pilates:

Carve out time for yourself during the day with our women-only Pilates sessions. These classes are specifically designed to strengthen the deep core and pelvic floor in a balanced way, supporting overall health and well-being, particularly for the female body. It’s a great way to start your day or take a mindful break, focusing on your well-being.

Class times: Tuesday @ 11:30 AM (starting 3rd Sept) and Friday @ 9:15 AM (from 6th Sept)
