Forest Bathing & Meditation*

Location: Kori Wellness, Castle Yard,Kilkenny
Meeting at Koru Wellness, Castle Yard at 6pm, we will walk over to the Castle Park, guided by the lovely Joanna Wakeham. The walk is slow and about 1.5km long. Along the way you will be invited to participate in mindfulness activities to help connect deeply with nature by opening your senses to your surroundings. This also helps you to connect with yourself and unwind. Many scientific studies on the huge benefits of Forest Bathing show a reduction in stress and fatigue, a lowering of blood pressure, improved mood, concentration and sleep, a boost to the immune system and so much more. The beneficial effects of a guided walk can last up to 3 weeks. You will learn new skills, have some fun and see nature in a totally new way! So come along, give Forest Bathing a try: enjoy connecting with nature on a lovely deep level, and thereby yourself, – emerge feeling relaxed and restored!
