There is a Public Talk on Dementia taking place in the Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel on the 12th of December 2023 from 7-9pm. This talk is for the general public and will be delivered by two Nurse Practitioners in Dementia & Understand Together Community Champions. The Talk will cover topics such as; the different types of dementia, signs and symptoms, the life journey, diagnosis and the assessment process and essential supports and signposting.This Talk is supported by Kilkenny Age Friendly and Healthy Ireland teams in Kilkenny County Council and the Kilkenny/Carlow Memory Services, HSE
