A special dining event featuring a casual menu crafted by the talented Chef Ian Doyle, who was awarded a Michelin Star in 2021 at The House at Cliff Hotel in Waterford.
Ian has designed a five-course casual menu with shared dishes, perfect for enjoying with friends or family in a relaxed atmosphere, inspired by his travels around the world.
After training at the Michelin-starred Mint in Dublin, Ian spent three years in Toronto, Canada, before returning to Dublin to work at Fade Street Social. He spent time at the world-famous Noma restaurant in Copenhagen and then to Sweden, where he was Head Chef at the two-Michelin Star Oaxen Krog in Stockholm and is currently based at the Michelin-recognised The Bow Room Restaurant in York in the UK.
Tickets: €80 (+bk fee), with a complimentary glass of bubbly
