Join us for a soulful evening of cacao and movement. After some heart opening cacao, we will warm up the body with some gentle guided and conscious movement and then moving into a dance experience that will awaken the joy, connection and freedom within.

Everyone is welcome, this is not a dance class – just an evening of fun and community. Come as you are, let go of the old and let the rhythm remind you that we were born to move!
