Throughout the year Children’s Books Ireland brings the Book Clinic around the country. One-to-one engagement with each child is an important part of these events: the interventions are personalised and completely focused on the child’s experience. Each consultation lasts 10-15 minutes, with each Clinic lasting 4 hours.
Every patient leaves the Book Clinic with a book prescription (personalised list of recommendations) to take to their local library to have filled.
