After working as head chef at Ottolenghi’s famous kitchens in London, Ash moved to the west coast of Ireland working in Little Fox, Hugo’s Bakery and is currently Head Chef at the non-profit Common Knowledge centre in the Burren, Co Clare. She cooks from the heart, delivering big, bold, fresh flavours using the best Irish ingredients.
