Executive head chef and director of Tribe, the family run award-winning restaurant group, together with his 3 siblings. Aidan Ryan has trained with top chefs including Rory O’Connell, Darina Allen, Ross Lewis, Derry Clarke, and Neven McGuire.
Tribe is expanding its foodie foothold beyond its beautiful home of Duleek to the seaside location of Bettystown House Estate, hosting two food trucks, a market garden and Country House guesthouse.
Aidan is a former teacher at the Ballymaloe Cookery School where he reinforced his ethos for homegrown goodness.
