Now You Know! Fra Fee Sings Sondheim

Sunday 08th October 2023
Location: Watergate Theatre, Kilkenny
Having previously performed in Stephen Sondheim’s Follies (Opera Toulon), Putting It Together (Lyric Theatre) and A Little Night Music (Palace Theatre), Fra will celebrate his artistic association with the great titan of theatre through an evening of story and song, with the incomparable David Hayes on piano.

Best known for his role as Kazi in the hit Disney+ series Hawkeye – set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and Courfeyrac in Tom Hooper’s movie adaptation of Les Misérables, Fra’s other screen appearances include Scrooge: A Christmas Carol (Netflix), Cinderella (Sony), Animals, Pixie, Boys from County Hell, Dalgliesh, As You Like It (NT Live), and Troubles. He next appears in Zack Snyder’s epic space opera Rebel Moon, released on Netflix this December and Lost Boys & Fairies for BBC.

Fra’s numerous stage roles include The Emcee in Cabaret (The Kit Kat Club), the world première of Jez Butterworth’s The Ferryman directed by Sam Mendes (Royal Court Theatre, West End and Broadway) for which he won a WhatsOnStage Award for Best Supporting Actor In a Play; The Last Five Years; Romeo in Romeo & Juliet; My Cousin Rachel (Gate Theatre, Dublin); Candide (Menier Chocolate Factory) and Les Misérables (Queens Theatre – now the Sondheim Theatre).

We are immensely honoured that this concert at The Watergate Theatre, Kilkenny marks Fra’s first ever solo concert performance in the Republic of Ireland.
