This Self Love Event has been lovingly curated for those (coupled or self-partnered) who wish to slow down, become more attuned to their own voice, learn how to relax the body, hear the call of their desires and creatively play with manifesting them into reality.

This event will be two hours and will include:

– Gentle embodiment practices
– Releasing breath work
– Guided meditation
– Self love practices
– Accessing desires
– Playful manifesting
– Yummy snacks and herbal teas
