The centre of every St. Patrick’s Festival, the Kilkenny St. Patrick’s Day Parade will take place on Monday March 17th at 1.30pm through the streets of Kilkenny. Putting Kilkenny centre stage the parade will weave through the medieval streets celebrating Irish culture, music and our diverse local community. With pageantry and entertainment, join our community this St. Patrick’s Day to celebrate Irish heritage, culture, creativity and community!
THE 2025 PARADE THEME IS BÍ BEO, BÍ LINN – BE WITH US, BE ALIVE AND BE PART OF THE CELEBRATION THIS ST. PATRICK’S DAY AT THE KILKENNY ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE.
Parade applications are now open and community groups, organisations, local businesses and performers are encouraged to get involved and be part of our community and animate and liven the streets of Kilkenny this St. Patrick’s Day. From celebrating our Irish heritage to bringing a splash of colour to the streets, show us what you love, what you’re proud of or what excites you this St. Patrick’s Day! Before and after the Parade the streets of Kilkenny will be full of lively entertainment and activity with live music, food and crafts at the Festival Market, Street Entertainment, carnival rides and fun for all the family!
