Live Traditional Irish Music Sessions

During the High Season Kytelers Inn has Traditional Irish Music nightly. At present from Monday to Thursday music starts at 8.00pm and Friday to Sunday at both 6.30pm and 10pm. Each night is a little different reflecting the many facets of Irish Music.

The Main Bar is a focal point for conversation, traditional Irish music and bar food of excellent quality and value.

Kytelers Inn is not a formal restaurant, but its unique atmosphere and traditional dishes make it an ideal spot for casual dining.

The mixture of solid oak beams, open hearth and liscannor stone contribute to the old but cosy atmosphere of this bar. Enjoy supping a Guinness whilst listening to trad music nightly during the summer months.

TAVERN BAR
Going down one level, this fascinating bar features the oldest pillars in the premises – made from Kilkenny Marble and dating back to 1324. The Tavern Bar is divided into three areas, each with its own special atmosphere.

The most popular is an area close to The Kilkenny Marble Pillar and, with a little notice, we can arrange Irish Coffee –making demonstrations for groups as well as ‘Pull Your Own Pint’ tables which are located in the Top Bar.

The Tavern Bar was once the cellar and kitchen of the house.
