ADHD Ireland are proud to be introducing their first-ever ADHD parents retreat in Ireland.

Part funded by the National Lottery Grant, come and join us for a rejuvenating ADHD Parents/Carers Retreat, a day dedicated to supporting parents and carers of children with ADHD. Set in the serene location of The KilkennyOrmonde Hotel, Kilkenny this retreat offers a chance to connect with other parents who understand your journey.

Through expert-led workshops, mindfulness activities, and open discussions, you’ll gain valuable tools and insights to help navigate the challenges of raising a child with ADHD.

Whether you’re looking for strategies, support, or simply a moment to recharge, this retreat is designed to empower you and provide the community you’ve been seeking.
