The champion of local and artisan producers like Mileeven Honey, Goatsbridge Trout, Highbank Orchards, Savour is returning to its roots, as it seeks to attract new rising stars to the business of food production and sales.
Bart and Nicole Pawlukojc of multi-award-winning bakery and restaurant Arán – Artisan Bakery and Bistro, will deliver an exciting and challenging cookery session, with some real-life advice based on their experience on their experience running a successful food business
Potential food entrepreneurs will be able to participate in an open Q&A session, with realistic and honest advice for budding food businesses. The team of Local Enterprise Office Kilkenny will also be in attendance to discuss supports available.
Hosted by Tracie Daly – award-winning entrepreneur with extensive experience in the food and education sector. Tracie is passionate about the Irish food industry and helping business owners achieve their potential.
