Best known for his candid critiques as a Judge on RTÉ’s Dancing with the Stars, Brian Redmond is a multi-award-winning dance professional, who has performed in some of the world’s most prestigious venues including London’s Albert Hall and the Kremlin Palace in Moscow.
During this fun evening you will be able to learn few steps with Kate from The Dance Club Kilkenny and her fabulous team of dancers.
The talented team at EMBER have curated a menu that ignites your senses with unique, char-kissed flavours. The menu, inspired by the South African Braai grill, features seasonal ingredients cooked entirely over an open fire. It’s a celebration of fresh, local Irish produce inspired by Head Chef Wesley’s South African roots. Imagine scallops with a zesty mango salsa, sizzling 8oz striploin steaks, and flavourful chicken espetadas bursting with flame-kissed goodness.
