Meet the producers: The Calder-Potts Family, owners of the renowned of Highbank Orchards.
Come visit the farmers. A tractor train tasting tour takes visitors through the organic orchards, owner guided. Stopping for a visit to the wonderful oak for tastings, a hug and a wish. A visit to the distillery, ending at the family’s stone-built 17th century mill Farm Shop, to sample vinegars, syrups, and apple spirits.
Your Guide will explain the process that creates the distinctive flavours and character from ‘Pip to Sip’ with a chat on local history and biodiversity.
