Clair is a master of flavour and texture with a passion for seasonal local produce. Her life-long love of food fuels the sustainability and nutrition-focused ethos behind Tiller + Grain which scooped the award for Best Café in Dublin and Ireland at the 2022 Restaurants Association of Ireland awards.
Trained in London, Clair worked under food writer Yotam Ottolenghi and acclaimed Australian chef Skye Gyngell.
