A cook, sustainability activist, food scholar, and drinks sommelier, Seáneen Sullivan is known for her expertise in pairing Ireland’s indigenous drinks with local food. She owns and directs Lovely Food at L. Mulligan Grocer in Stoneybatter, Dublin. An advocate for sustainable kitchen practices, she is co-founder of the global #thisisirishfood campaign and founder of Mistresses of Malt, a series of whiskey tastings celebrating women in Irish whiskey.
