The dynamic Head Chef at the multi-award-winning casual restaurant Hooked in Co. Sligo, Rebecca’s culinary passion is deeply rooted in her family’s heritage of fish and shellfish farming.
In 2022, she became one of only five young chefs in Ireland to be selected for the Taste the Atlantic Young Chef Ambassador programme, travelling along the Taste the Atlantic Trail, and collaborating with oyster farmers, fish smokers, and fishmongers.
