KRSP is delighted to kick start a 6 week Ladies Lets Move programme!

This programme is for women of all ages to get out and get fit! This outside exercise class taking place in Emeralds GAA astro turf, will target all areas of the body. All exercises can be modified if you believe that some might be too difficult. This is a great way to get out in your community with your friends, family or neighbors!

Sessions will take place every Monday from the 12th of August till 16th of September from 7:30-8:30pm.
