Enjoy a fresh wholesome Sunday morning along the River Barrow in the beautiful Graiguenamanagh. We’ll start the day with some chill hatha yoga. Then we’ll sweat it out in the sauna and cool down with a a cold river dip(optional).

We’ll finish off with a hot cuppa coffee from the Quirky trailer, herbal tea’s and healthy home made treats.

Good clean craic, come join the fun 🙂
