John Scott’s Irish Modern Dance Theatre, one of the most acclaimed dance companies in Ireland, returns to the Festival with explorative new work inspired and informed by members of the migrant communities in Kilkenny.
This is a follow-on from KAF23’s Migration Sonata, a deeply moving exploration of our similarities and differences through movement and words that garnered a four-star review in The Irish Times. This year, a series of workshops will culminate in an interactive and explorative piece, blending conversation and performance in the Parade Tower.
