Gratitude for the woods, the river, the sunlight and the heat of the sauna!

This place holds some special summer energy in my heart and I look forward to lovingly sharing it with you – creating the space to enjoy your own light in the brightness.

We will flow from a short walk to our spot in nature and gentle mindful movement into guided meditation and a revitalising sauna and dip with nourishing tea and snacks.
