This workshop is for new, old or current cyclists looking to increase their knowledge on bike maintenance by an experienced, professional bike mechanic. It will be facilitated a qualified bike fitter and a lifelong cyclist. Ian had his own shop here in Kilkenny, The Cycle Clinic!

After this class, you will have confidence to carry out basic repairs and replacements to your bike. The class takes place in Sullivans Taprooms on Tuesday May 14th from 7.00pm to 8:00pm. Each participant will also receive their own Bike Maintenance Kit!

Workshop includes:

M check
Tyre and tube replace
Lubrication chain
Brake check cable wear and lube
Tyre pressure check
Asses wheel for trueness
Brake tuning
